BG EPR Engine Performance Restoration is a powerhouse of an engine cleaner! It effectively softens, emulsifies and dissolves even the most stubborn fuel gums that clog piston rings. Engines are operating at higher temperatures than ever before. Combined with prolonged oil change intervals and reduced engine cooling, engine oil is under a lot of stress. Continuous thermal and oxidative breakdown contributes to oil thickening, heat retention and deposit formation. BG is the top of the line for auto additives. I’ve been using BG personally for 20 years since I got my first car at 16. They aren’t cheap and they are proud of what they charge but for your vehicle it’s well worth it. Take care of your vehicle and avoid problems. Simple maintenance is the key. This truly is a case of you get what you pay for. My turbo kills my oil and it’s a mess but this brings the ecoboost back to life. In my case I use it every 2nd or 3rd oil change followed up with royal purple. My explorer is going on 200k and runs like a champ.

The first time I used EPR I wanted to know for certain it worked so I did an oil change then poured the EPR into crankcase with the freshly added, new, clean, translucent oil and followed directions on the can. I then drained the oil which came out dark and looked like it had been run for 5k miles. Finished draining all the oil and EPR. Completed the final oil change. Before the flush my 5.7 HEMI w/150,000 miles would idle @900 rpm and 35-39psi. After the flush it now idles smoother @700 rpm and 43-47psi. Excellent results!

2.7 ecoboost started smoking on cold starts around 70,000 miles. Took to dealer and needed very expensive valve job replacement. One treatment and smoking is gone. Have driven 6,000 miles since. Plan to do one more treatment. Highly recommended. Also, mpg went up .2, from 20.8 to 21.

My car has 190,000 and was acting a bit sluggish and burning alot of oil after using this product I saw chunks of sluge come out when changing the oil now my car runs better than when I bought it with 80,000 miles

Product is fine. The seller is garbage. I have ordered from them in the past. Never fast even though local, but basically reliable. Recent orders are being processed through USPS – and with a signature required, despite delivering during the middle of the day. Following up on the failed USPS delivery has been a nightmare of wasted time, failing on-line processes, lack of subsequent phone access and support – and no product! Ferrari/Maserati ought to be paying its customers with this kind of time-wasting no-service & delivery. Until the seller gets their act back together – BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE!

EPR is the gold standard to remove carbon deposits in your OIL. I would recommend this after every other oil change. The amount of sludge that gets removed it amazing.Pros:Removes carbon sludge and other “stuff” better than other engine flush products. I tried Liqui Moly and was disappointed.Cons:a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Seemed to work well. My engine light was coming on. O2 since you’re was coming on periodically. I used this and the fuel system cleaner at same time. Light has been off for 1 month
