   I was skeptical, very skeptical, even after reading all the positive reviews. I have a 1977 F-250 that I have lovingly restored (in other words poured a ton of money and time into), it developed a leak somewhere and I was loosing coolant. It wasnt leaking onto the ground so I figured it must be going out the exhaust. I just didn’t have the time to tear down the motor to find the problem. I purchased this product out of desperation and honestly thought I had waisted $65. In my mind this kind of problem just can’t be fixed this easily.I spent two days doing this process, flushing the coolant system twice in an effort to make sure it was as clean as I could get it before putting in the BlueDevil.Well it’s been a month and my coolant level hasn’t dropped at all. The BlueDevil seems to have magically solved my coolant leak. I don’t know where the leak was, all I know is that it’s fixed. I am amazed. In a world where we are constantly bombarded with “Over promises and under results”, the BlueDevil system works as advertised. So all you old guys (like me) this is one of the few things that actually works.Best money I’ve spent in a long time!

   Wow! This stuff works much better than I expected! I just purchased an ’85 Cadillac Seville as a restoration project. I decided to flush out the radiator after I drained the system in order to replace all the radiator hoses, heater hose, thermostat, etc… I figured that it couldn’t hurt even though the antifreeze that I drained looked bright green and clean. I filled the system with the bottle of Blue Devil and water from the garden hose. I left it in the system for about a week and drove the car about 150 miles (in the summer with no chance of temps dropping anywhere near freezing). I drained the radiator and was shocked that the water that came out was dark brown and there was brown sludge in the overflow tank! I also ran the heater on high during that week to make sure the coolant was flowing through the heater core. At first, I couldn’t even tell if the heater worked. By the end of the week, it was blowing fire! I drained and refilled with straight 100% water 3 more times and each time, the water drained was dirty until the 4th time when the overflow tank didn’t have a layer of brown sludge on the bottom and the radiator drained out clear water again. I then refilled with Prestone antifreeze 50/50 mix and the GM tablets they recommend. I have much better piece of mind knowing that all that corrosion and sludge was cleaned out of the cooling system, probably saving me from overheating and costly repairs down the road! Blue Devil really cleaned out and opened up coolant passages in my motor! I’ll be using it on all my cars now!

   I flushed the radiator to my little Honda Civic with this stuff. It came out pretty black so I’m assuming it cleaned out a lot of gunk! It looks just like antifreeze and it would be hard to tell the difference if it wasn’t actually labeled as “flush.” Lol (Hopefully it’s not just colored water.) Haha jk

   Worked very well in my ’05 lly Duramax. Used after head gasket failure/repair to clean soot out of coolant system. Follow the directions specifically and you should not have any issues. It worked very well for me.

   It works if used as directed. However, it will eventually plug your heater core. You may get lucky as I did and be able to counter flow the core and clear it but don’t count on it. By the by, no sealant product will work without plugging the heater core, but if you are reading this, you don’t care or don’t have time to work on a cheap heap.
