   Product worked great for gear marking. Only reason for the four star rating is that the compound is really pricey considering the small amount you use to check gear engagement patterns.

   It’s decent gear marking compound and comes in a tube. it’s enough for many gear setups which is why i got it because i had to take my rear diff apart several times chasing a gear whine that’s not the rear diff. why so much for such a small tube?
